 From childhood to the present, I have always had a great love for sports, dance and exercise of all kinds.  I am an active person by nature. And I love experimenting with different types of exercise and nutrition. Over time too, I realized just how important all of it was to my overall well-being, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I can really tell a negative difference in how I feel overall, when I have not been able to exercise, stretch and move for a chunk of time, and/or if I haven’t been eating in a decently healthy way.  It all makes such a huge difference. Each of our internal well-being in our lives, is truly dependent on finding that right balance for ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We all have that right combination of nutritional choices and various types of exercise that can work for each of us. What exactly works for me, is not going to be exactly what works for you.  This is all very much an individual journey. And I would be honored to help you on your personal journey in finding the right exercise and nutritional plan that works best for you.  ♡
